By enrolling in Be:Friend, or any other program by ALEXA BERRY, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Program

• Be:Friend is an educational and coaching program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

2. Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and boundaries.

• If you experience discomfort, overwhelm, or triggering emotions, you agree to pause and seek appropriate support.

3. Professional Support

• If you have a medical or psychological condition, consult a licensed professional before starting this program.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are binding. Refunds are not available once the program begins.

• Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials are owned by Alexa Berry. They are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

6. Confidentiality & Community Standards

• You agree to keep group discussions confidential.

• Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Harmful or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you release Alexa Berry from liability for any outcomes of your participation. You are solely responsible for your choices and results.
